The first production stills from Scott Pilgrim Vs The World have been released.

Shaun Of The Dead director Edgar Wright tackles Bryan Lee O’Malley’s comic book series, with Juno star Michael Cera in the leading role. Pilgrim is a bassist for garage band Sex Bob-omb who must defeat Mary Elizabeth Winstead’s seven evil ex-boyfriends who are out to kill him.

The first look at the “slacker hero” flick is impressive – check out these photos! The film is scheduled for an August release.
